We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Select your district and thana at checkout to see the exact charge for your area.

Delivery Time

Dhaka city: usually within 24 hours, with an express same-day option. Outside Dhaka: 48–72 hours depending on the courier and your area.

Delivery Charge

Inside Dhaka: TK 80. Dhaka division districts: from TK 100. Other districts: from TK 150. Inside Dhaka the charge steps down as the order grows — TK 80 below TK 1,500, TK 60 from TK 1,500, TK 50 from TK 2,000, free from TK 3,000. Outside Dhaka the fixed area charge applies at any order value; there is no value discount or free delivery. The exact amount for your thana is calculated automatically at checkout.

Express / Emergency Delivery

Same-day delivery inside Dhaka costs a flat TK 200 on every order, whatever its size. The order-value ladder (TK 80 below TK 1,500, TK 60 from TK 1,500, TK 50 from TK 2,000, free from TK 3,000) applies to standard delivery only, so an express order always carries the TK 200 charge.

Free Delivery

Inside Dhaka, orders at or above TK 3,000 qualify for free standard delivery. The discount is applied automatically in the order summary.

Order Tracking

Every order gets an order number and a tracking link in the confirmation SMS and email. You can also track it from the Track Order page or your account dashboard.

Courier Partner

For some out-of-Dhaka consignments a courier partner is engaged; in that case a delivery charge may be required in advance and is shown clearly before you confirm the order.
